The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”), on behalf of the Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership (GPREP) is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced Proponents (the “Consultant”) to provide professional consulting services to complete a feasibility study and risk assessment regarding the potential use of spontaneous public volunteers and privately owned community resources during Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership (GPREP) emergency activations.
