The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced Proponents (the “Supplier”) for the provision of a digital community engagement software platform.  The platform will serve as an accessible, centralized online hub for community members who wish to engage digitally rather than in person.

The solution must support meaningful two‑way communication between residents and the City by hosting engagement projects and providing interactive tools to gather feedback, respond to questions, and keep the community informed.
