The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) requires the provision of two full time Health Care Providers (HCP), either advanced paramedics or nurses, to facilitate access to the Alberta Health Services Virtual Opioid Dependency Program (VODP) by individuals who have been arrested, detained by, or otherwise have touch points with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in the City of Grande Prairie and surrounding areas.
