Project Overview:

The supply and install of scaffolding to accommodate the replacement of sprinkler heads in the aquatics area of the Eastlink Centre located at 10 Knowledge Way, Grande Prairie, Alberta, T8W 2V9.

Project Specifics:

  • Successful contractor is responsible for all labour & materials required but not limited to supply and installation of scaffolding system(s) to accommodate the replacement of sprinkler heads in the Aquatics Area of the Eastlink Centre.
  • Successful Contractor is responsible for all costs related to Permits, Fees, Levies, Professional Involvement, etc.
  • 2 areas to be scaffolded:
    • over 50M pool
    • over waterslides
  • Scaffold area over Water Slides is approximately 87 feet by 68 feet by 48 feet high.
  • Pool depth to basin floor 2.00M to 3.90M.
  • Working height above the pool deck is approximately 48 feet.
  • Bidders are to provide 2 pricing options within the “Schedule of Prices”:
    • mounted on pool deck/inside pool tub
    • suspended from roof system
