This Request for Expression of Interest is intended to gather budgetary costs for the construction of a 135,000 square foot Recreation Facility that is being proposed for consideration in the 2025 budget cycle.  It is estimated that the facility will be approximately 500 feet by 270 feet.  The facility types under consideration are;

• Type "A" Air supported structures, also known as air domes or bubble structures, are typically made of a flexible membrane supported by internal air pressure.
• Type "B" Fabric Building Solution also called tension fabric structures, defined as a rigid frame covered with tensioned fabric. 

General Contractors interested in this opportunity should carefully review the entire RFEI document, particularly Appendix A, to understand the scope of the proposed facility before providing their budgetary estimates.
