The City of Grande Prairie is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified and experienced Engineering Consulting firms to provide road condition assessments. The successful proponent will provide services for the collection, conversion and entry of roughness, surface distress and deflection data into the existing RoadMatrixTM system. It is the expectation that proponents have a full understanding and complete familiarity with the data configuration requirements and limitations to load the collected field data in the RoadMatrixTM system. |
